In the event of a sale, the artist may provide a replacement piece of the same size or FSFA will hang a new piece in its place. If you would prefer your piece remain up during the entire duration of the exhibit you need to let FSFA know that in writing. FSFA will handle all sales and send payment to the artists. If your artwork sells, 70% will go to you, and 30% to the gallery. FSFA requires artists to complete a W-9 for sales in excess of $600.
FSFA will make every effort to promote the exhibition through invitations and other forms of publicity. Email images of the show announcement and printed postcards will be available for distribution to artist’s personal contacts.
